The resort boasts well-kept green areas and the reception team offered great support. My room had ample space. An extra bed was added for my son, I appreciated that touch.
I observed limited activity from the animation team around the pool, I felt a lack of engaging entertainment . More structured or varied poolside activities could enhance the experience . The team could offer more activities.

The territory features smart design and offers various activities daily, including crossfit options with a good gym plus romantic private spots on the beach. It is a smart hotel. The green zones are also abundant and very well kept.

The staff demonstrates excellent work, maintaining cleanliness and order throughout (the staff are all very helpful). They address issues promptly. When my initial room proved unsuitable, they arranged a replacement matching my requirements, which I appreciated.

Restaurants and bars operate nearly around the clock, offering continuous dining options. If excursions cause missed meals, alternative food options are always available (the meals were all very good). I enjoyed the variety and convenience.

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport, I could watch planes land. Noise levels remained minimal. The beach is clean with readily available spots. a lagoon for children under lifeguard supervision, and snorkeling spots with varied marine life.

i visited and found the staff greeted me with a smile. i noticed they tried their best to accommodate my needs. the management provided great service. i seemed like i was the only guest with the attention and care i received (which was a nice surprise).
the wifi was sometimes patchy, so i couldn't always rely on it for consistent connectivity.

the club suite beach front included a spacious layout with a separate living area. it featured a large balcony with unobstructed views of the sea. the room also included a modern bathroom with premium toiletries and a rainfall shower.

the grounds were well maintained. it made the whole resort quite pretty.
I found that reception was mostly unhelpful during my interactions. it's possible a language barrier caused this. i kept repeating myself, and when we called, they had to call us back about four times in a row (it was frustrating). also, the premium drinks were not premium. That felt misleading.
